Work with R3D RAW footage and manage the complete post-production workflow.

Handle professional color correction and cinematic grading.

Build engaging edits with strong pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency.

Work closely with the team and incorporate creative feedback.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.

Excellent understanding of color grading, especially with RAW footage.

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

A solid portfolio/showreel showcasing your editing and grading skills.

IMPORTANT: No preset/template-based workflows. We’re looking for someone with solid editing and color-grading fundamentals.

Selection includes a paid editing test.
