Job Role- US Healthcare Recruiter

Designation- Management Trainee

Shift- US Shift 6:30PM IST to 3:30AM IST

5 Days working model (Saturday and Sunday off)

Location – Indore

Roles & responsibilities -

- Understand the Job description given by the client for requirement
- Role involves hiring of healthcare professionals like doctors, nurses and physicians
- Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates
- Make sure that the potential employees have necessary skills to meet client needs
- search potential candidates from Job boards ( Career Builder / Monster/ LinkedIn etc. )
- Screen resumes and checks their fitment for the given requirement
- submit the candidate details & resume to the client for further process




- Set up interviews between the Client and the potential candidate
- If selected deploy them to the client location

Qualifications-

- Must be Graduated or Post Graduated any Bachelor's Degree
- Must have Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shift

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
