About Position:

Experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading large-scale cloud transformation, Identity & Access Management (IAM), security governance, and enterprise platform initiatives. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive execution across multiple stakeholders, and deliver complex programs in regulated environments. Robust background in project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and agile delivery.

What You'll Do:





- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Entitlement & Access Control workstream.
- Manage project planning, execution, governance, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate activities across Security, IAM, Cloud Platform, Application, and Compliance teams.
- Drive stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and solution reviews.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Manage delivery of persona-based access models, entitlement catalogs, and access governance capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
- Drive release planning, deployment readiness, knowledge transfer, and hypercare activities.
