About the Role

AJ Tutorials is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Accounts Teacher to join our coaching team in Nigdi. In this role, you will work alongside senior faculty to deliver high-quality Commerce education, mentor students, and support the academic operations for Class 11th, 12th (CBSE/State Board), and preliminary commerce modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the lead faculty in conducting Accountancy lectures, doubt-solving sessions, and revision modules.
- Prepare and grade chapter-wise test papers, assignments, and mock examinations.
- Track individual student performance and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Create structured study materials, worksheets, and summary notes for Accountancy.
- Manage classroom decorum and maintain attendance records.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) required; M.Com, CA-Inter, or B.Ed is preferred.
- Experience:



0–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience in Accountancy (Freshers with strong subject mastery are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Strong command over core accounting principles, clear communication skills, and good classroom management abilities.
