E-Commerce Operations Executive (Work From Home – India)

Temple & Grace Jewellers is one of Australia's leading jewellery companies, with showrooms across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, and a growing international presence. As we continue to expand, we're looking for five highly experienced E-Commerce Product & Operations Executives to join our remote team based in India.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for professionals who have previously managed large e-commerce product catalogues and can confidently work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring our website remains accurate, engaging and up to date. Working closely with suppliers, our jewellery team and various departments across the business, you'll help manage thousands of products while maintaining the premium standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Add new products and collections to our e-commerce website.
- Write, edit and optimise product descriptions and specifications.
- Upload and organise product images and videos.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product information, pricing and imagery.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure products are launched accurately and on time.
- Maintain product data, pricing, categories and inventory information.
- Review website content for accuracy, consistency and presentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve product pages and the overall online customer experience.
- Assist with ongoing website updates and merchandising initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with our suppliers,



Australian team to meet daily deadlines.

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience managing products on an e-commerce website is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Robust computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
- Professional communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in the jewellery industry or luxury retail.
- Experience working on e-commerce websites/platforms.
- Experience using AI tools and spreadsheets.

Working Hours

- Work From Home (India)
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 am – 3:00 pm IST (aligned with Australian business hours)
