Job Role: Sales Support & Maximiser

1. Checking all the necessary documents are in place before scheduling clients release order in the system.

2. Following up for commercials.

3. Co-ordinating with Ops team for commercial ID, in case commercial is rejected inform the agency and get revised commercial.

4. Check commercials have all the document, SNP and Legal approval.

5. Informing agency of any mismatch in the release order.

6. Sending Make Valuable of dropped spots to the agency and scheduling the same in the system.

7. Converting client activity and scheduling the same after taking all the necessary approval from agency.

8. Prepone spots by checking the inventory daily and the same is rebooked. Updating sales team on their client’s activity.

9. Sending daily revenue report, drop report, clients recon and any MIS as required by sales team.
