SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all in office construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure civil, finishing, and related works are completed according to project requirements and quality standards.
- Allocate work to site teams and monitor productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve execution issues and bottlenecks.
- Verify work measurements and assist engineers in preparing progress reports and billing documentation.
- Monitor material consumption and report material requirements to avoid work delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site discipline, and company policies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and client representatives during site inspections and project reviews.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, labor attendance, and work schedules.




- Ensure corrective actions are taken for any quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Assist in planning construction sequences and achieving project milestones within scheduled timelines.
- Guide and mentor junior supervisors, foremen, and site workers for effective project execution.
- Report daily site status, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site safety practices, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and coordinate site activities effectively.

Pay: ₹226,183.37 - ₹593,625.03 per year
