Duties

- Counsel students regarding Civil Services and other competitive examinations such as MPPSC, SSC, Banking, Railway, and other government exams.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and preparation requirements.




- Provide accurate information about exam patterns, eligibility, syllabus, preparation strategies, and relevant courses.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable course or program.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide a positive counselling experience.
