Purpose of the Role

1.To Plan,Organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently on time within budjet and to standard

2.Maintanance of optimum standards of productivity and efficiency of men,material and machinery

3.Supervise and motivate team of workers

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Planning and Organizing production schedules

Monitor Production standards and implement quality control programmes

Cost reduction activities in manufacturing process

Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on time delivery

Co-ordinate with customers to develop project plan and timelines





Ensure that team follows Company policies and safety standards

Assessing project and resource requirements

Ensuring the Manufacturing process are as per standard operating proceger & work instructions

Review all SOP's and WI to increase productivity and Quality

Organizing job trainings to team members to achieve production goals
