Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who can efficiently manage, analyze, and present business data to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Advanced Excel, reporting, data management, and dashboard creation. The candidate will be responsible for generating accurate MIS reports, maintaining databases, and providing actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Generate business performance reports and present key insights to management.
- Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Excel-based analytical reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and consolidate information.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas and functions.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP,



INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
- Expertise in Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Dashboard Creation.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
- Basic knowledge of data automation and reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with a strong Mathematics or Statistics background will be preferred.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Analyst, or Reporting Executive.
- Proven experience in preparing MIS reports, managing data, and supporting business operations through data analysis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
