R.S Institute of Higher Education is looking for a qualified and experienced BCA Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, preparing lectures and study materials, conducting practical sessions, evaluating student performance, and supporting academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for BCA students.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes and other teaching materials.
- Conduct laboratory/practical sessions and guide students in academic projects.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests and examinations.
- Monitor and support students' academic progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops and other academic activities.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with current developments in computer applications and technology.





Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of computer applications and programming concepts.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
