Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage and oversee complete plant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Aluminium Pressure Die Casting / Gravity Die Casting, production, quality, maintenance, manpower management and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
- Handle Aluminium PDC / Gravity Die Casting and machining operations.
- Improve productivity, OEE, machine utilization and process efficiency.
- Control rejection, scrap, wastage and manufacturing costs.
- Manage manpower, shifts and shop-floor activities.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



TPM and continuous improvement.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and machine performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review plant MIS, KPI and performance reports.
- Lead and develop production and shop-floor teams.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Metallurgy preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Candidates with solid experience in Die Casting / Aluminium Casting / PDC preferred.
- Experience handling complete plant operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of OEE, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and cost reduction.
- Candidates from Automotive, Engineering, Aluminium Die Casting or Non-Ferrous Casting industries preferred.
