1. Pre-Primary Teacher.

(a) Key Responsibilities:

· Passion for teaching young children and understanding their developmental needs.

· Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment to support holistic learning for Pre-Primary Children.

· Proficiency in planning and adapting lessons to suit diverse learning needs.

· Introduce basic literacy and numeracy concepts through innovative teaching techniques such as play-based learning, storytelling, role-play, and interactive activities.

· Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning through art, music, and hands-on activities.

· Monitor, assess, and document each child’s progress and communicate updates effectively with parents.

· Instill positive behavior, good habits, and foundational values aligned with school standards.

· Plan and organize events like celebrations, field trips, and parent-teacher interactions.

· Stay updated with up-to-date teaching methodologies and maintain a high level of professionalism.

(b) Qualifications Required:





· Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education(ECCE) or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).

· Prior experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher in a CBSE school is preferred.

· Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Skilled at Art & Craft work.

(c) Additional Requirements:

· Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to the school’s growth.
