Job Description – Pediatric Sample Collection Expert

Position: Pediatric Phlebotomist / Sample Collection Expert

Key Responsibilities:

- Expert in collecting blood samples from newborns, infants, and pediatric patients.
- Handle difficult and pediatric sample collections with minimal discomfort to the child.
- Properly follow sample collection, labeling, and transportation procedures.
- Ensure correct sample quantity and quality for laboratory testing.
- Maintain hygiene, infection-control, and safety protocols.
- Handle parents/guardians professionally and provide proper guidance before and after collection.
- Maintain accurate collection records and coordinate with the laboratory team.
- Ability to handle emergency and difficult sampling situations.

Required Experience & Skills:





- Proven experience in pediatric and newborn sample collection is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric phlebotomy techniques.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult samples.
- Relevant laboratory/phlebotomy qualification and experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate:
A highly experienced phlebotomist who is specifically skilled in newborn and pediatric blood sample collection.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
