Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Kharghar

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Kharghar. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, and providing accurate information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.

Explain products/services and provide relevant information.

Follow up with leads and potential customers.

Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Build good relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the sales/customer service team when required.

Requirements:





HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Freshers can apply.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
