Player DevelopmentIdentify talent and nurture students’ football abilities.Provide individual feedback to improve performance.Encourage discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.Monitor physical fitness and skill progression of each student.3. Match Preparation & ManagementOrganize team selections and strategies for matches.Coach and guide students during competitions.Analyze team performance and suggest improvements.Safety & WelfareEnsure safe training practices and prevent injuries.Provide basic first aid when needed.Maintain sports equipment and ensure proper usage.6. Administrative DutiesMaintain attendance and performance records.Coordinate with school management for tournaments and events.Organize football events, camps, and sports days

The coach must provide structured and high-quality football training to students.Training should cover both basic and advanced skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and tactical awareness.The coach should conduct a proper selection process (team trials) to identify talented players.Training must be competition-oriented, preparing students for inter-school and other tournaments.The coach should focus on match readiness, including formations, strategies, and game situations.Each student’s performance must be monitored, with individual feedback and improvement plans.Robust emphasis should be placed on discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.The coach must ensure students maintain physical fitness through regular drills and conditioning.The coach should act as a mentor and role model, especially in a residential school environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
