Job Summary:

The Wooden CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:





- Operate and monitor CNC wood-cutting, routing, drilling, and shaping machines as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and cut-lists to ensure accurate machining.
- Prepare materials, set tools, fixtures, and machine parameters before operation.
- Perform routine machine calibration, tool changes, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Inspect finished wooden components for accuracy, quality, and finishing standards.
- Maintain production logs, report deviations, and ensure timely job completion.
- Follow safety standards, housekeeping, and machine handling protocols.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist trade.
- 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
