## Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Lead AI/ML Engineer to drive the development of Generative AI solutions and AI-powered products. This role goes beyond traditional software engineering; it involves architecting and deploying scalable AI systems that enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and create new business capabilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing impactful AI/ML solutions in production environments and a strong track record of leveraging LLMs and Generative AI technologies to solve real-world business problems.

## Must Have Skills

* LLMs and frameworks such as GPT (P1), Claude (P2), or Mistral (P2).

* GenAI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).

* Python (P1).

* AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch (P1), TensorFlow (P2), or Hugging Face Transformers (P2).

* Cloud AI services – AWS, Azure, GCP.

* MLOps practices (P1).

* Qualified experience as a software engineer or AI/ML engineer, with hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable impact.





* Understanding of AI-first development approaches, leveraging AI to enhance or accelerate coding and solution design.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

## Good to Have Skills

* Experience building AI-powered modules for chatbots, personalization engines, or predictive analytics.

* Hands-on expertise in deploying AI models to production environments.

* Innovative mindset with a passion for AI-driven product development.

* Strong collaboration and communication skills.

* Ability to mentor and guide peers on best practices in Generative AI.

* High initiative and adaptability in a dynamic technology environment.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models to create new products or enhance existing solutions.

* Integrate LLMs and AI modules into applications, such as chatbots, API integrations, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

* Apply AI to automate internal workflows, accelerate software development, and improve operational efficiency.

* Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.

* Ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver measurable business impact.

* Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance team capabilities.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per month
