Job Description:

As a Management Intern at Possible Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our seasoned consultants in various aspects of business operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in back-end research, presentation deck preparation, documentation, and active participation in marketing strategy formulation. This role is designed for ongoing students pursuing a BBA or MBA, equipped with a keen understanding of business dynamics and a passion for contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Back-end Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Deck Preparation: Assist in the creation of professional presentation decks for client meetings and internal discussions.



Collaborate with consultants to visually communicate complex business concepts.
- Documentation: Support the documentation of key project milestones, recommendations, and client communications. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project records for future reference.
- Marketing Strategy Participation: Engage actively in strategy discussions, offering valuable input based on research findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of cutting-edge business strategies.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a BE/B Tech or BBA or MBA degree with a focus on business or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business concepts, strategy, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.

Remuneration:

This internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹5000, along with a Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) upon successful completion.
