We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital and offline marketing campaigns, social media, project branding, advertisements, presentations, and other company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, reels, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and hoardings.
- Design marketing creatives for real estate projects, launches, campaigns, offers, and events.
- Develop creative concepts according to the company's brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Project teams to understand design requirements.
- Create designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Design project brochures, property presentations, invitation cards, standees, posters, and promotional materials.
- Edit and enhance photographs, project images, and marketing visuals.
- Create graphics for website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies for printing and production requirements.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Keep updated with current design trends, social media trends, and real estate marketing trends.
- Take feedback from management and make required modifications to designs.
- Maintain an organized library of design files and project assets.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, InDesign, or Figma will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and branding.
- Knowledge of social media design formats and digital advertising creatives.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing and image retouching.
- Ability to convert concepts and briefs into creative designs.
- Good attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Branding will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
