As part of our university alliances, Royal Global University (RGU), Guwahati is one of our key university partners. We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive student outreach, institutional engagement, and admissions-focused marketing activities for RGU across the North East.

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting RGU's academic programs, building relationships with schools, tutorial centres and education consultants, generating student leads, conducting seminars, and supporting admission targets across the North Eastern states.

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales and marketing experience in the EdTech or education sector, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the willingness to travel extensively across the North East.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Visit schools, tutorial centres, coaching institutes, and education consultants to promote RGU's academic programs.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with school authorities, tutorial centre representatives, consultants, and other education stakeholders.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, career counselling sessions, and student outreach activities at schools and tutorial centres.
- Generate and collect relevant student and institutional data for lead generation and admission activities.




- Follow up with prospective students and leads and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
- Manage assigned territories and execute field marketing activities effectively.
- Travel extensively across all states of North East India as required for institutional visits, seminars, student outreach, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain regular reports on visits, leads, seminars, data collection, and admission conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and admission-related targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in EdTech, education, higher education, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing admission/enrolment targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, tutorial centres, consultants, and students.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel across the North East.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of the education market in North East India will be preferred.
