Senior E-Commerce Executive – Amazon

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive – Amazon to independently manage and grow our Amazon business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, PPC, SEO, FBA, catalog management, promotions, and marketplace analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, keywords, A+ Content, images, and Brand Store.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and Amazon SEO to improve rankings and sales.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
- Monitor and improve ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, conversion, and overall ad profitability.
- Manage FBA shipments, inventory, orders, returns, refunds, claims, and fulfillment issues.
- Plan and execute pricing, coupons, Lightning Deals, Prime Day, and other promotions.
- Monitor account health, Buy Box, reviews, ratings, suppressed/hijacked listings, and policy compliance.




- Prepare and analyze sales, traffic, conversion, PPC, inventory, and ASIN performance reports.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, Helium 10, and Amazon Brand Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, operations, inventory, and customer support teams.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Amazon E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Amazon PPC, SEO, FBA, and listing optimization.
- Experience with Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics preferred.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- FMCG / Food / D2C experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of Amazon sales and profitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
