We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to join our team in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in the apparel export industry and a strong background in production merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete production merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment.
- Prepare, monitor, and update Time & Action (T&A;) plans to ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding order status, approvals, sampling, production updates, and shipment schedules.
- Work closely with production, sourcing, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor production progress and proactively resolve any issues affecting timelines.
- Ensure fabric availability and coordinate with sourcing teams to avoid production delays.
- Maintain accurate order documentation, production records, and buyer communications.




- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Key Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience as a Production Merchandiser in an apparel export house.
- Strong knowledge of Time & Action (T&A;) Management.
- Excellent Buyer Communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment manufacturing processes, and production planning.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
