Interior & Home Decoration Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients for interior design, home decoration, furniture, and related services.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and project details.
- Explain the company’s interior design services, products, materials, and solutions to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify leads and arrange client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
- Follow up regularly with leads and existing clients to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain solid customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the interior design and sales team for quotations, designs, site visits, and project discussions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good client handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior design and home decoration.
- Knowledge of interior materials and products, such as plywood, MDF, laminate, acrylic, veneer, hardware, modular kitchen products, furniture, wallpaper, false ceiling, lighting, flooring, etc.
- Good sales, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in interior sales, telecalling, home decoration, furniture, real estate, or related industries will be preferred.

Experience: 3– 6Years preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
joining withing 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
