STORES Assistant and Executive

About Us

East Coast at Madras Square is part of the Madras Square Hospitality Group, operating three premium resto-bars in Chennai along with a large-scale outdoor catering division.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Stores Executive and Stores Assitant to join our team. While prior experience in liquor inventory is preferred, training will be provided to candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Please apply for stores executive only if you:

- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Can draft and respond to professional emails.
- Candidate should be able to speak with vendors and maintain excel database.
- Ability to work on a software to issue stock, maintain stock records and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Candidate with Tamil, English and Hindi Knowledge is ideal.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate vendor purchases and inventory records.
- Process raw material issues based on daily bar indents using inventory software.
- Conduct periodic audits and physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and investigate variances.




- Monitor reorder levels and assist with purchase planning.
- Calculate and verify purchases per month on excel workings.

STORES ASSISTANT (FRESHERS CAN APPLY)

Looking for a store assistant to handle the store physically - not a computer work, but can learn from manager if interested.

Salary - 18,500/- per month with food provided (Tamil language is a must)
