Requisites

- Fresh graduates in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or those looking for a challenging career change
- Preferable knowledge of Linux, databases, Java or any 1 programming language
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with ticketing/issue tracking tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets and basic data handling
- Exposure to SQL queries or basic database operations is an added advantage
- Bright candidates with a keen analytical and problem-solving mind
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is a mandatory requirement
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach to tasks

Job Description

- Current openings are for 4 technical positions
- Finimplement is helping niche vendors, banks and financial institutions manage change in the Treasury and Capital Markets space
- Finimplement also provides first level technical support to these clients




- As a Finimplement Financial Applications Consultant you shall be working closely with Bank Treasury; gaining functional knowledge of the Front/Middle/Back Office and Risk Management systems
- You will learn about the business needs, tasks and problems of these teams and help them transition from their existing systems to a current cross asset front to back platform
- This role will involve building working relationships with business sponsors, senior managers, and end users of the platform and provide first level support to some of the clients
- You will log, track, and follow up on support tickets ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs
- You will document technical issues, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement
- You will participate in testing, validation, and UAT activities during system implementations and upgrades
- You will gather valuable experience and be responsible for delivering each assignment within time and scope
- Demonstrate a growth mindset — actively seeking feedback and taking ownership of personal development

Work Remotely

- On client site depending on allocated client

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
