Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR- Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technicians, operators, helpers, drivers, electricians, welders, service engineers, and other blue-collar positions.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, completing documentation, and ensuring candidates join on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Source blue-collar candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, employee references, social media, WhatsApp groups, job fairs, and local networks.
- Handle high-volume recruitment for multiple positions.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, location, and availability.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/HODs.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment records.
- Coordinate collection and verification of joining documents.
- Support background/reference verification wherever required.
- Build and maintain a strong network of local candidates and manpower sources.
- Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.
- Track recruitment targets, interview status, selection, offer, and joining numbers.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.




- Reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining conversion.
- Handle candidate queries regarding salary, job location, working hours, accommodation, transportation, and company policies.
- Ensure recruitment is completed within the required timeline.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma / HR-related qualification preferred.

Working Conditions

This role may require extensive telephone calling, candidate follow-ups, local sourcing, job fairs, and coordination with manpower agencies.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or other blue-collar recruitment environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
