Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Incoming Quality Control Engineer to manage incoming material and component inspection, supplier quality activities, and quality documentation for a CNC machining and precision components manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, machined components, and precision parts.
- Conduct supplier quality inspection and coordinate with suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Inspect CNC-machined components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and dimensional requirements.
- Use measuring instruments and metrology equipment for accurate inspection.
- Prepare and maintain NCR, 8D, CAPA, RCA, PPAP and other quality-related documentation.
- Analyze supplier rejections and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
- Identify quality deviations and support root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.

Candidate Requirements





- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Incoming Quality / Supplier Quality / Quality Inspection.
- CNC Machining / Precision Components manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of CNC-machined component inspection and dimensional quality control.
- Good understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings, tolerances, and measurement techniques.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and metrology.
- Practical knowledge of NCR, 8D, CAPA, PPAP and RCA.
- Good supplier coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in CNC machining, precision engineering, auto components, or similar manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
