- Provide training on company profile, policies, products, and services.
- Conduct product knowledge and practical application training.
- Organize regular skill development and refresher training sessions.
- Identify employee training needs and performance/skill gaps.
- Prepare training presentations, materials, assessments, and modules.
- Conduct product demonstrations, role plays, and practical sessions.
- Coordinate with department heads for department-specific training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee learning progress.
- Maintain training attendance, feedback, assessment, and training records.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly training calendars and reports.
- Support continuous learning and overall employee development
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
