Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide continuous assessment of patients' conditions, identifying early signs of deterioration and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates and support in difficult situations.
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and changes in the medical record in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by following established procedures and guidelines for the ICU setting.

Education:

- BSC Nursing or GNM
- Minimum 1+ years Experience in ICU
