Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 5 years of proven
expertise in managing projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget,
while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning sessions, define scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and issues.

- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and timely updates.

- Conduct regular project reviews and prepare status reports for leadership.

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and compliance.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field

(Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management across [IT/Construction/Finance/etc.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, or

PRINCE2 preferred).

- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Robust problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have:
