About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential plots, generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting site visits, and converting enquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through direct sales, references, digital enquiries, networking, and local marketing activities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Explain project details, plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers. (For sales staff - company vehicle will be arranged for site visit)
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, e-mail and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the documentation and accounts teams during the booking and registration process.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market trends and competitor information to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding project approvals, specifications, pricing, and terms.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with existing and prospective customers.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
