BICTREE is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive client acquisition, business development, and revenue growth across our Branding, Business Consulting, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and IT services.

What You’ll Do

- Generate and convert high-value business leads.
- Build relationships with business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Develop marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business.
- Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Explore recent markets, industries, and business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing,



Business Development, Branding, Consulting, or Service-based industries.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and high-value service sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strategic and result-oriented mindset.
- IT/Technology business development experience is an added advantage.
- National/international business exposure preferred.
