About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who is highly skilled in lead generation, paid advertising, campaign strategy, optimization, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, with a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.

● Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.

● Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies from awareness → lead generation → conversion.

● Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.

● Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis.

● Create and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.

● Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.

● Work closely with the creative, content, sales, and strategy teams to improve campaign performance.

● Analyze lead quality and conversion data and continuously improve campaigns based on business outcomes.

● Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

● Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, AI tools, and digital advertising trends.

● Develop strategies for different industries,



with a strong focus on real estate and lead-generation campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

● 4–10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

● Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

● Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.

● Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, funnels, and conversion optimization.

● Experience managing significant advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and reporting tools.

● Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

● Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

● Experience working with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

Preferred Experience

● Experience in real estate, construction, education, healthcare, finance, or other lead-generation-driven industries.

● Experience managing campaigns across multiple locations and target markets.

● Experience with CRM integration, lead tracking, and marketing automation.

● Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
