Floor Manager – PROVO

Role Overview
Lead the showroom floor, ensuring excellent customer experience, robust sales, and smooth team operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements & budgets
- Guide customers across veneers, laminates, plywood, panels, doors, kitchens & interior products
- Support the team in sales, conversions & follow-ups
- Allocate walk-ins and supervise the sales team
- Conduct daily team briefings & performance reviews
- Maintain premium displays, samples, pricing & showroom standards
- Coordinate stock, billing, dispatch & installation
- Ensure enquiries and follow-ups are updated in CRM
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service

Requirements

- Graduate | Freshers welcome
- Experience in sales / showroom / interiors is an advantage
- Strong English, Hindi & Bengali communication
- Leadership, customer handling & negotiation skills
- Proactive, organised & target-oriented

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
