Job Title: Sales Manager – FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and achieve sales targets for FMCG products across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Appoint and manage distributors and expand the company’s market presence.
- Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Plan market visits, track competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability, and market coverage.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Good knowledge of distributor and retail markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with experience in food, snacks, beverages, biscuits, Namkeen, or similar FMCG products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
