DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About Nomadists India

Nomadists India is a travel company specialising in domestic and international holidays, customised vacations, group tours, honeymoon packages, corporate travel and experiential travel.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence and help us generate quality travel enquiries and grow the Nomadists India brand.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can plan, create, execute, analyse and improve campaigns rather than simply post content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

* Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.

* Create and execute a monthly social media content calendar.

* Develop engaging travel posts, carousels, reels, stories and promotional creatives.

* Identify trending travel content, destinations and social media formats.

* Improve engagement, reach, followers and brand visibility.

* Coordinate with the team for package information, offers, photographs and videos.

* Maintain consistent Nomadists India branding across all platforms.

2. Meta Ads & Lead Generation

* Plan, create and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

* Generate quality travel enquiries through Meta Ads.

* Create campaigns for domestic and international holiday packages.

* Manage audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.

* Test different creatives, audiences, offers and ad copies.

* Monitor CPL, CTR, leads, conversion rates and campaign ROI.

* Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance.

* Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversions.

3. Content Creation

* Write engaging captions, ad copies, headlines and promotional content.

* Create content around destinations, travel tips, itineraries and experiences.

* Develop promotional content for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.

* Convert travel packages into attractive marketing campaigns.

* Assist in creating scripts for Reels and short-form videos.





* Work with Canva to create professional marketing creatives.

4. Website & SEO

* Manage basic website content and landing pages.

* Conduct keyword research for travel-related searches.

* Implement basic on-page SEO.

* Create SEO-friendly destination and package content.

* Monitor website traffic and enquiries.

* Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and conversions.

* Coordinate with the website developer when technical changes are required.

5. Google Marketing

* Manage Google Business Profile activities.

* Assist with Google Ads campaigns when required.

* Monitor Google Search performance and website traffic.

* Work with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

* Identify high-performing keywords and destinations.

6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

* Create promotional email campaigns.

* Manage basic email marketing activities.

* Create WhatsApp promotional campaigns in coordination with the sales team.

* Segment audiences and promote relevant travel packages.

* Track campaign responses and enquiries.

7. Marketing Analytics & Reporting

Prepare regular reports covering:

* Leads generated

* Cost per lead

* Ad spend

* Campaign performance

* Website traffic

* Social media growth

* Engagement

* Enquiries generated

* Lead quality

* Conversions

* Revenue generated from marketing campaigns

The candidate should be able to look at numbers and answer:

“What worked, what didn’t work, and what should we do next?”

Required Skills

Must Have

* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.

* Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.

* Canva proficiency.

* Good content-writing skills.





* Basic understanding of SEO.

* Basic understanding of Google Analytics/Search Console.

* Ability to analyse campaign performance.

* Good English communication skills.

* Strong creative thinking.

* Ability to work independently.

Good to Have

* Travel industry experience.

* Experience with Google Ads.

* Experience with WordPress.

* Experience with MailerLite/Mailchimp or similar platforms.

* Experience with WhatsApp marketing platforms.

* Basic video editing skills.

* Knowledge of CapCut or similar video-editing tools.

* Experience with CRM systems.

* Knowledge of lead-generation funnels.

* Experience with AI tools for content creation.
