About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for our clients/brand. The ideal candidate understands current trends, knows what makes content engaging and can turn ideas into compelling social media content.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

* Research social media trends, trending audio, formats, hashtags and competitor activity.

* Create engaging content ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories and campaigns.

* Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.

* Manage day-to-day social media publishing and ensure content is posted on schedule.

* Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice.

* Track social media performance and prepare monthly/weekly reports with key insights.

* Analyse metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, followers and views.

* Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends and new social media features.





* Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, influencer collaborations and brand activations.

* Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve engagement and growth.

Requirements

* 0-1 years of experience in social media management or a creative agency.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to identify trends and quickly convert them into relevant content ideas.

* Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

* Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/deadlines.

* Basic knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills

* Experience working with multiple brands or clients.

* Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and influencer marketing.

* Experience with short-form video/Reels content.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
