Job Title: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – All Subjects
Department: Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary
Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, experienced, and passionate Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) to teach senior secondary students. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality subject instruction, preparing students for board examinations, monitoring academic progress, and supporting students in achieving their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver comprehensive, curriculum-based lessons for Classes XI–XII.
- Teach subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, History, Political Science, Geography, and other subjects as per qualification.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, projects, question papers, and revision resources.
- Use effective, interactive, and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.
- Prepare students for board examinations, competitive examinations, and higher education where applicable.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, practicals, and examinations.
- Analyze student performance and provide appropriate academic support.




- Mentor students regarding academic choices, career options, and personal development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, examinations, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to improve academic standards.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s Degree (Post Graduation) in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teacher-training qualification as applicable.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an advantage where applicable.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the relevant school curriculum.
- Previous teaching experience at the senior secondary level is preferred.
