Technical skills required:

· Hands on experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server / PostgreSQL, Entity

Framework

· Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure API

Management, Azure Service Bus & Azure Event Hub

Scope of role

· Responsible for leading a team of developers in the design,

development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

· Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down

features into manageable tasks and ensure that the team has a clear

understanding of requirements.

· Facilitate technical discussions during Agile ceremonies such as sprint

planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

· Help prioritize technical debt and manage the balance between

feature development and system improvements, ensuring the team is

working on high-impact tasks.

· Development Contributions: Actively contribute to development tasks

and collaborate with the team to build and improve software solutions.

· Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality

code standards and adherence to best practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application

stack, providing timely and effective solutions.

· Code & System Optimization: Continuously optimize code and





enhance system performance for improved efficiency and scalability.

· Security Considerations: Ensure that security best practices are

followed during development and code implementation.

· Technical Documentation: Contribute to the creation and

maintenance of technical documentation to support development

processes.

What should you have

· Bachelor’s degree in science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent

· Minimum 4-6 years of working experience with technologies like .NET

Core, C#, Azure Cloud, MS SQL Server Etc.

· Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance

· Sharp and tenacious development skills, a outstanding problem solver

· Very good proficiency in English

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
