1. Core Duties
- Site Readiness: Verify site measurements against factory production drawings before dispatch.
- Installation: Oversee the flawless assembly of custom cabinetry, modular units, and paneling.
- Labor Management: Coordinate daily workflow with on-site carpenters, painters, and electricians.
- Quality Control: Inspect final finishes, hardware alignment, and ensure the site is clean post-installation.
2. Required Skills
- Drawing Fluency: Ability to accurately read 2D/3D CAD, vector templates, and elevation plans.
- Material Expertise: Solid understanding of plywood, laminates, edge-banding, and hardware behavior.
- Site Management: Experience in daily reporting, maintaining safety protocols, and optimizing scrap.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
