Minimum 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations;

EdTech or education sector experience is a strong advantage.

● Prior exposure to trainer, teacher, or tutor hiring pipelines is highly preferred.

● Demonstrated team management and stakeholder coordination skills with the ability

to drive operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.

● Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple parallel

workstreams without dropping the ball.

● Proficiency in maintaining and updating trackers, MIS, and dashboards (Google

Sheets / Excel).

● Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams including Finance,

Operations, and HR.

● Detail-oriented with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace with evolving





priorities.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
