Job Summary

Role Summary The Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering operational, governance, service performance, SLA, KPI, and executive reports. The role supports leadership teams with data-driven insights, dashboards, trend analysis, and customer-facing reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports. Develop governance dashboards and management presentations. Track and report SLA, KPI, CSAT, MTTR, incident, problem, change, and service performance metrics. Collect, validate, and analyze data from ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and operational teams. Build executive-level summaries and Monthly Operations Review (MOR) reports. Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis. Support customer governance meetings with reporting and analytics. Maintain report repositories, documentation, and reporting standards. Automate recurring reports using Power BI, Excel, or reporting tools.



Coordinate with service towers (Unix, Windows, Storage, Backup, Network, Cloud, Security) for data collection.
