Supervise banquet staff and ensure smooth service during events. Coordinate hall setup, buffet, food & beverage service. Brief and allocate duties to the service team. Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally. Ensure hygiene, grooming and hotel service standards. Monitor wastage, breakage and overall event closure.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
