- Lead, supervise, and motivate the immigration team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversions, and individual KPIs.
- Allocate leads/files among team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Guide team members regarding immigration processes, documentation, and client handling.
- Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
- Handle escalated client queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth case processing.
Pay: ₹25,937.15 - ₹40,993.27 per month
