About the Role

We are looking for a technically sound and responsible IT Executive / IT Support Engineer to manage the day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, network, and user support requirements of Valueline Trade Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and capable of resolving technical issues independently while ensuring smooth IT operations across the office and showroom.

Key Responsibilities1. Hardware & System Support

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage computer systems, accessories, and IT assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and technical support whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, allocations, repairs, and replacements.

2. Network & Internet Management

- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and other technical vendors.
- Ensure stable network connectivity across office and showroom locations.

3. Email & User Account Management

- Create, configure, and manage official email accounts.
- Handle password resets, account access, and user permissions.
- Support employees with Outlook/email configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper access control when employees join, transfer, or exit the organization.

4. Software & Application Support

- Install and configure required software and applications.
- Troubleshoot operating system and application-related issues.
- Ensure required systems are updated and functioning properly.
- Provide technical support for company applications and business software.

IT Security & Data Protection

- Maintain basic IT security standards across company systems.
- Ensure antivirus and security software are updated.
- Support regular data backup procedures.
- Manage user access and permissions appropriately.
- Ensure company IT assets and confidential information are handled securely.

6. Employee IT Support

- Provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees.
- Respond to IT complaints and resolve issues within appropriate timelines.
- Maintain an IT issue/ticket log for tracking and follow-up.
- Provide basic technical training and guidance to employees whenever required.

7. CCTV / Biometric / Other Systems

- Monitor and provide technical support for CCTV systems, biometric attendance machines, access-control systems, and related devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.

8. IT Inventory & Documentation

- Maintain updated records of laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, SIMs, email IDs, and other IT assets.
- Maintain proper handover and takeover records for employee IT assets.
- Ensure IT assets are recovered during employee exit formalities.
- Prepare regular IT status and inventory reports for management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, Outlook, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of LAN,



Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and computer assembly.
- Understanding of email administration and user account management.
- Basic knowledge of IT security, antivirus, backups, and data protection.
- Knowledge of CCTV and biometric systems will be an advantage.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations.
- Experience in supporting office/showroom environments will be preferred.
- Experience handling multiple users and IT assets will be an advantage.

- Timely resolution of employee IT issues.
- Minimum disruption to business operations due to IT problems.
- Proper maintenance and tracking of company IT assets.
- Secure management of company systems, accounts, and data.
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
