Technical Workday Integration Consultant to lead the design and development of complex, mission-critical integrations. Key Responsibilities: Studio Development: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Workday Studio integrations involving complex logic, error handling, and multi-component orchestrations. Payroll Integration (PECI/PICOF): Must have experience implementing Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI) and PICOF for global payroll providers. Technical Transformation: Develop custom XSLT, XML, and XPath transformations to handle intricate data mapping between Workday and third-party systems. API Management: Configure and troubleshoot REST and SOAP-based Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, JSON) for real-time data exchange. Reporting RaaS:



Build advanced Calculated Fields and RaaS (Reporting-as-a-Service) to power integrations and validate data flows. Full Lifecycle Management: Own the entire integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to SIT, UAT, and production support. Required Skills Qualifications Experience: 6+ years of dedicated Workday Integration experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Studio development. Core Tools: Mastery of Studio good hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation (DT). Payroll Expertise: Hands-on experience with PECI and PICOF is mandatory. Technical Stack: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, and OAuth/SAML security protocols.
