MANPOWER SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Location: Ambach, Vapi

Industry: Manufacturing / Lubricant Industry

Manpower: Approximately50 workers

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage around 50 plant workers.

Ensure all workers report on time and maintain proper attendance and discipline.

Allocate manpower according to daily plant and production requirements.

Monitor worker performance, productivity, and discipline.

Coordinate manpower for production, packing, loading/unloading, housekeeping, etc.

Manage absenteeism and arrange replacement manpower when required.

Maintain daily attendance and manpower deployment records.

Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.

Ensure workers follow safety rules and plant procedures.

Handle day-to-day manpower issues and ensure smooth plant operations.

Candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and manpower-handling skills.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower supervision, plant supervision, factory operations, or a similar role.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; ITI / Diploma / Graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, lubricant, chemical, or industrial environment will be preferred.
- Strong ability to manage and supervise 40–50+ workers.
- Good knowledge of attendance,



shift management, manpower allocation, and worker discipline.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle absenteeism and arrange replacement manpower when required.
- Basic knowledge of plant safety rules and workplace procedures.
- Ability to maintain daily attendance and manpower deployment records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / attendance software will be an advantage.
- Should be physically fit and capable of working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling workers firmly and professionally.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication skills are preferred; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
