Social Media Manager - Dezy

Dezy is building India's largest, most-trusted dental care brand. Backed by Peak XV, Chiratae Ventures, and Alpha Wave ($20M+ raised).

Role:

Own Dezy's growth on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Build an organic content engine that drives brand awareness and trust for India's leading dental brand - turning clinical stories, doctor expertise, and campaigns into content that performs.

What You'll Do

- Own the channels - content strategy, calendar, and posting across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook.

- Produce content - script and coordinate shoots for reels, shorts, YouTube videos, and posts with doctors, patients, and creators.

- Grow community - manage comments/DMs, run influencer collaborations.

- Track performance - report on reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth; iterate based on data.





- Collaborate = work with performance marketing on paid/whitelisting content, and with clinical teams to keep content accurate. What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years managing brand social channels, ideally consumer-facing (healthcare/wellness/D2C a plus).

- Strong platform-native content sense — knows what works on Reels vs. YouTube vs. Feed.

- Hands-on with editing tools (CapCut/Premiere/Canva) and basic shoot direction.

- Sharp storytelling and copywriting; comfortable owning a calendar end-to-end in a quick, unstructured setup.

- Bonus: influencer collaboration experience, analytics fluency.
