Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior DVT Engineer to support Design Verification Testing (DVT) for CastNX’s power electronics products. The role involves conducting tests, recording observations, and preparing documentation to ensure that products meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements before release.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Design Verification Testing (DVT) for power electronics products such as VFDs, motor drives, and power converters.
- Operate laboratory testing and measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
- Follow defined test procedures and accurately record test observations and results.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting product issues observed during testing.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, test records, and related technical documentation.
- Support senior engineers during product testing, troubleshooting, and verification activities.
- Ensure testing activities are performed safely and in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Diploma (Polytechnic)
in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits and components.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic measurement instruments.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic understanding of product compliance requirements and awareness of relevant IS and IEC testing standards.
